Sico Office Complex

Commissioned by Sico Civils, this four-storey building had three floor of office space and one top floor for recreation. The office floors have both open an private office configurations with the recreation floor having a restaurant accessible to the public. The building facades are predominantly plastered and painted with feature timber and stone cladding. The slab overhand serve both as balconies and sunshades screening off the sun on the eastern and western facades.
